INDEPENDENCE DAY
The 71st Independence Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in the school on 11th August 2017. Dr Karan Gupta, an oncologist and an alumni of our school was the chief guest on this occasion. The celebration started with the hoisting of the flag by the chief guest and the marching students from all houses saluted the flag. A cultural programme showcasing unity, brotherhood, patriotism and the need to protect our cultural heritage was presented by the students of pre-primary, primary, middle and senior departments . The gusto of the students in the various music, orchestra and dance performances was tremendous.
The meritorious students were awarded and the principal, Mrs Meenu Goswami in her speech invoked the power of youth and the need to awake among the students the positive strengths to help in nation building.
